Moisture Intrusion

Moisture intrusion is far more difficult to handle than many problems if you don't have a flood.  If a basement floods, it is usually noticed pretty quickly and can be repaired before damage gets much worse by destroying lumber or Growing Mold.  If you have a flood, it can be dried up very quickly, if found soon.  And the damage will be minimal as compared to long term slow leaks of plumbing or very slow leaks of rain or ground water into basements and crawl spaces.  These are usually never noticed until some ugly green, gray, or black stuff is growing on wall and furniture.  And if this happens, you need to call a mold specialist like us to kill and remove the mold, but also find the causal factors and fix those as well.
